This Is a Block

It has been over two months since I have written a post for this blog.  Just two weeks ago, I mentioned on my personal blog, that I was going to try and write something related to Halloween here, just so that this blog wouldn't look so 'dead' as it were.  Well, I haven't come up with anything yet.  Sure, I have many ideas, just not a short story that I could post here.  I have that book idea I started in my graduate writing class, but I don't feel up to writing more for it just yet.  I've got another idea, but it is so big and close to my heart, that I want to wait until I get back to school to start writing it.  In case anyone forgot, one of the initial posts for this blog was an experimental opening for another book.  While I still have plans for that one as well, my interest in it has waned over the years. I've gotten other ideas as well, just nothing for a short story that would fit the Halloween mold that could work in the limiting format of a blog.  At least this will allow me to post the image for a proposed logo for here.  I'm waiting until I upgrade my Mac to Catalina before choosing an art app, just in case one of the ones from iOS gets transferred over and looks to be the right fit for me.  I really want a logo for my blogs, and I want it soon.  The letters need to be a little wider and the lines somewhat thicker.  The color selection might need to be tweaked as well.  Feel free to offer your own suggestions.
